Who can participate
Any active MediSpoon subscriber on a monthly (Foundation or Guided) or Mentored Season Pass plan can refer friends. Weekly plan subscribers are not eligible to refer or receive the discount.
The 10% new user discount
Applied automatically to the new user's first payment only when they sign up via a valid referral link within 30 days of clicking it, on an eligible plan. It cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
The £10 referrer reward
Paid to your verified UK bank account. For monthly plan referrals: after 3 consecutive successful payments by the referred user. For Season Pass referrals: immediately on payment confirmation.
When rewards are forfeited
If a referred user cancels their monthly subscription before completing 3 months, no £10 payout is made. Self-referrals are blocked. Fraudulent referrals will be voided without payment.
Your bank details
Bank details are collected and stored securely, encrypted, and used only to process your referral payout. MediSpoon will never use your bank details for any other purpose.
Tax and legal
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income under HMRC rules. It is your responsibility to declare any income received. MediSpoon reserves the right to amend or close the programme at any time with reasonable notice.
